Terms of Use

Effective date: September 24, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vowra (“the Platform”), operated by SIA Potion Agency, registration number 40203488582, VAT number LV40203488582, registered at Ādmiņu iela 8-55, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • “Host” — a business or individual who uses Vowra to manage and sell bookings for workshops, classes, or experiences.
  • “Guest” — an end customer who books an experience through a Host’s storefront on Vowra.
  • “User” — any person who accesses the Platform, including Hosts and Guests.

3. Account registration

To use Host features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Host account.

4. Platform services

Vowra provides Hosts with tools to create experience listings, manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with Guests. Vowra acts as a technology provider and is not a party to the contract between Host and Guest. The Host is solely responsible for delivering the booked experience.

5. Payments and fees

  • Guest payments are processed by Stripe and transferred to the Host’s connected Stripe account.
  • Vowra charges a booking fee (2–4% depending on the Host’s plan) on each successful booking.
  • Paid subscription plans (Standard, Pro) are billed monthly. Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe.
  • Hosts may cancel their subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Vowra does not handle refunds between Hosts and Guests. Refund policies are the Host’s responsibility.

6. Host responsibilities

  • Provide accurate descriptions of experiences, pricing, and availability.
  • Deliver booked experiences as described, or provide reasonable alternatives or refunds.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, and data protection regulations.
  • Obtain any licenses or permits required for the experiences they offer.

7. Guest responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information (name, email, number of attendees).
  • Arrive on time and follow the Host’s instructions during the experience.
  • Contact the Host directly for cancellations, changes, or refund requests.

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
  • List fraudulent, misleading, or dangerous experiences.
  • Attempt to circumvent payment processing to avoid fees.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

9. Intellectual property

The Vowra name, logo, and platform design are owned by SIA Potion Agency. Content uploaded by Hosts (descriptions, images) remains the property of the Host, but by uploading it, Hosts grant Vowra a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

10. Limitation of liability

Vowra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA Potion Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Vowra in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered Users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
